This pass grants you access to the "Label Forum Japan 2026" conference.

Allows you to attend the conference on either October 14th (Wednesday) or 15th (Thursday).

1. Select and Purchase Conference Pass
Select your desired pass type and quantity, then complete the purchase procedure. Multiple passes can be purchased together.

2. After Purchase, Register Participant Information (Required)
From the email you receive after completing your purchase, register the participant information for each conference pass. Company name is required. If you purchase multiple passes, participant information must be registered for each pass.

3. Print and Prepare Conference Admission Pass
You can download the PDF of the [Conference Admission Pass] from the "Conference Admission Pass Information Page" (located at the bottom right of the screen).
On the day of the event, please be sure to print and bring your admission pass.

4. Present Conference Admission Pass at Venue Entrance
At the venue entrance, please present the QR code printed on your conference admission pass. If you forget your printed admission pass, [reissuance at the reception desk] will be required, so please be sure to bring it.

*Participant information registration is required. Participation is not complete with purchase only. Please be sure to register your conference pass participant information and print and bring your admission pass before coming to the venue.

*The "2-DAY | Group Application: 10 people + 1 free" allows 11 people to participate for the price of 10. After purchase, please register the participant information for all 11 attendees.

Cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase. If you are no longer able to attend, please transfer your conference pass to another individual.

Transferring a conference pass to another individual
You may transfer your conference pass to another individual by changing the attendee information up until the day before each event. When transferring the pass, please update the attendee information and email address to that of the new attendee. Attendee changes or transfers are not permitted on the day of the event. Furthermore, conference passes cannot be shared or reused by multiple individuals.

・If you purchase a 1-DAY Pass, please double-check the correct participation date (October 14th or 15th).
・The 2-DAY Pass allows participation on both October 14th (Wed) and 15th (Thu).
・After purchase, please register all participants who will actually attend the conference. Once registered, changes can be made.
・If you choose bank transfer, the "Conference Admission Pass" email will not be sent until payment confirmation is completed by the organizer's office.
・The content, speakers, schedule, etc., are subject to change without prior notice.
