About the Job

Label Shimbunsha is looking for a reporter/operations staff member who will be involved in the overall practical aspects of industry media, centered on reporting and article creation for "Label Shimbun," an industry-specific newspaper for the label and printing industry.

This is not a position solely dedicated to article creation as an editorial specialist.
You will be responsible for multiple tasks across various functions, such as event management, book production, and sales support, using reporting and article creation as core skills.

Main Responsibilities

◼ Reporting and Article Creation (Core of the job)

Industry reporting, article writing

Photography, manuscript organization, proofreading

◼ Internal Operations/Business Support

Support for managing exhibitions and industry events

Support for producing books (market data books/annual publications)

Creating materials and coordinating tasks related to sales and editing, etc.

*The scope of responsibility is expected to gradually expand, using reporting and article creation as core skills.

Application Requirements

Required: No aversion to writing / Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)

Preferred

Experience in editing/reporting / Experience in photography, SNS management / Experience in event management, sales support

*Applicants without industry experience are also welcome.

Employment Conditions

Employment Type: Contract employee (6-month renewal) / Full-time employee promotion system available

Salary: Monthly salary system (determined based on experience and skills)

Salary increase available (based on evaluation)

No bonus / Incentive system available

Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:00 (1-hour break)

Holidays: Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday) + national holidays

Substitute holidays available for work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

Year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave

Work Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
*Requires going out for interviews/events and business trips
