TOPPAN Infomedia transfers industrial business to new company

TOPPAN Holdings announced that TOPPAN Infomedia's industrial business will be transferred via an absorption-type company split to a newly established company, TOPPAN Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. The effective date is scheduled for October 1, 2026.

The purpose of this business reorganization is to establish optimal business operating structures for both the label business and the industrial business. By separating these two businesses, TOPPAN aims to strengthen their competitiveness, taking into account differences in market environments, customer bases, and required business strategies.

The label business will continue to be operated by TOPPAN Infomedia as before, with the aim of enhancing its competitiveness and increasing its business value.
