ARC Acquires Tokyo Shikō as Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Boosting Roll Paper Production Capacity

ARC Co., Ltd. (Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, President Toshitaka Igawa) acquired Tokyo Shiko Co., Ltd. (Wako City, Saitama Prefecture, President Akiko Kobayashi) as a wholly owned subsidiary on June 5.

Tokyo Shiko's company name, location, and business contacts will remain unchanged.

With this acquisition, the ARC Group's sales are expected to reach approximately 10 billion yen. Moving forward, the company will increase its production capacity in the roll paper sector, enhance its BCP (Business Continuity Plan) capabilities, and establish a stable supply system.
