Sato Corporation acquired all shares of Nonobutsusan Co., Ltd. (Onojo City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Keitaro Mori, President), a manufacturer and seller of flexible packaging, on June 15, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Nonobutsusan is a company that manufactures and sells flexible packaging. With this acquisition, the company has become a member of the Sato Group.
